A basic Hatha Yoga posture, this helps you lose weight from the belly region quite successfully and most importantly FAST.
Grinding Pose – Chakki Chalan: Reduce fat from your belly region quite effectively and see fast results with this asana. Sit comfortably and spread out your legs in a straight manner in front. Both legs should remain touching each other without any bending of knees. Now join hands, move it in circular motion above your legs. This will both stretch and massage your legs, hands, and stomach, helping you lose flab from these regions quickly. Repeat motion of your hands 10 times, separately in both anticlockwise and clockwise directions. Now release slowly.
Locust Pose – Shalbhasana: Lie upon your belly as hands rest below thighs. Your chin and forehead will rest upon the floor at this time. Try raising left leg for at least 10 inches and keep it straight throughout. Repeat this using your right leg before raising both of your legs together without bending the knee at any time.
