Ideal for first time mums, I offer pre and postnatal yoga classes for continuous support through your pregnancy and new motherhood.
My pregnancy yoga classes are small & personal to a maximum of 7 women. To support you in the immediate postnatal period, I offer classes for mums & their babies (up to 6 months). All classes are held in a lovely, calm and equipped home studio – you will feel welcome, safe & nurtured.
